CANCELLATION
A session will not be charged if it has been cancelled with at least 24 hours notice
A session will be charged $30 if it has been cancelled on the day of the appointment, with at least 2 hours notice.
A session will be charged $60 if it has been cancelled on the day of the appointment with less than 2 hours notice or if there has been no notification of cancellation (to be negotiated in cases of emergency)
Sensitive claim sessions: ACC covers all attended sessions. It also covers up to 4 "missed sessions" per client per year. ACC "missed session" refers to a session cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
